Evan was extremely accessible and thorough when it came to my representation. As a person who has used alternative representation in the past, I came into this situation extremely skeptical to say the least. Evan put any doubts that I had to rest. He is a capable attorney who gave my case the attention it needed. He also made sure to keep me well informed with case updates every step of the way. When one of the best lawyers in the county almost ruins your case and then tells you it's all lost, doesn't believe what you say after he takes your money, a person might just give up, we'll not me, I kept searching and I found Sam, truly he sounded sharp and I liked his name, I almost lost hope and for some reason he was not expensive at all, so I went with him. sam really believes that justice comes right after service, so first since I was his client and he was working for me he just assumed I'm right and I'm innocent which was a true notion, from here on what happend made "better" lawyers look like fools. The outcome was better then I have imagined. Do yourself a favour and talk to Mister Samuel Daw before you talk to any other lawyer around.

Excellent attorney, helped me with my dui and worked very thoroughly and worked out an amazing deal for my case,and was able to expunge it off my record and terminate my probation early. I have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone who needs help after being arrested.

May, 2015. The state of california needs to stop including this law office on their attorney's list, as the staff there have NEVER returned my phone calls for assistance, despite two intakes and numerous calls. The staff of at least 8 doesn't even answer their phones, not even the operator nor the receptionist. A pathetic example of an attorney's office which is unresponsive to the needs of at least this former worker in need of assistance on a worker's comp case.

Samuel Thomas Daw has a great personality, good sense of humor, and very intelligent. He is a great attorney because he cares and really helps his clients as much as he can. He has helped me out by getting me extensions and cutting down services that i had to complete for the court. He's very trustworthy and has always kept me informed, not only is he a great attorney but also a good friend, he checks on me often to see how I'm doing. I'm glad i hired him. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney.

Mr. Daw helped me with an incident I had last summer. He was professional and very vigorous in my defense.
