I lost my job, and was out of work for several months, and we fell behind on the mortgage. When I started working again, we kept trying to get a loan mod but the bank just kept demanding more documents and it went nowhere. We were going to lose our house and Tom really turned it around. We didn’t want to file bankruptcy but he got us into a plan in Chapter 13 that worked for us and it stopped everything. I just don’t know what I would have told my kids if we hadn’t gotten this done. I really thought it was going to be a disaster, but we are still here and Tom, I cannot thank you enough!

Atty. Thomas is great about what he did and good person as well; As he really focused on your needs. The level of his professionalism is on top. My wife lost her job a while back, and the bills started to pile up. We just could not make it on one paycheck and we had to borrow money from family to pay bills. I went in to see Tom (and yes, he wants you to call him Tom, not Mr. Kelly) and he listened to my situation and explained my options very clearly. But the best was that I left feeling a lot better than I felt going in to see an bankruptcy attorney. I felt awful, and when my wife and I went back in to see him, she also told me how much better we felt after talking to him. The whole process was very smooth, and our case was completed without any problems. And he responds to emails fast. I tried contacting some other attorneys and they were not nearly as responsive or helpful. Go see him and you will see the difference.

In 2008, my wife and I, like millions of other people, needed help remodifying our mortgage. My income had been cut in half, and our son had HUGE medical bills due to a rare disease that he was diagnosed with. Our bank received "billions" of dollars specifically to help couples like us. The bank had us sign a "trial agreement" where we made 3 lower payments that we could afford, and the agreement promised us a loan remodification IF we fulfilled our part of the agreement. After months of stalling, the bank finally approved our loan remodification, and they even sent us a letter congratulating us on our loan remodification. In the next few months, while waiting for our "Remod" package, the bank sold our note, and this new bank refused to honor our "remod" agreement that we had with our previous bank. This new bank foreclosed on our house. We ended up losing our house. I wish we had found Tom Kelly prior to losing our house. Tom Kelly came in, really listened to what had happened to us, and agreed to take on our case. There is not enough room here to express how complicated our case was, but I can say that Tom Kelly put up a major fight against every trick and obstacle that the opposition threw at him. At one point, he was fighting against at least 9 other attorneys. This lawsuit was against a multi-billion dollar bank who thought they could squash a "little" guy like Tom Kelly. I believe most attorneys would have given up or given in, but Tom Kelly is a fighter. He fights for what is right. All along he kept telling us that our bank had wronged us, and he was going to make it right! After a 2 year battle, and with our case appearing like it would go to trial in May of 2015, the mean, old, huge conglomerate bank caved in. Goliath had been taken down by Tom Kelly. The bank settled out of court, and my wife and I will be receiving a sizeable settlement check, ALL because of Tom Kelly. He is an amazing attorney who has a wealth of legal knowledge surrounding him. His Father is an attorney. His brother is an attorney. His uncle, cousins, brother-in-law, aunts, and just about every family member is an attorney!! Prior to finding Tom Kelly, I tried to meet with at least 5 other attorneys who would not even listen to ALL the facts surrounding my case. Tom Kelly did. And my wife and I are so grateful. You will be also!
