The best lawyer in Santa Rosa. Very patient. Professional. The process would have been much more stressful had he not explained from the start how everything would go. Honest and even trust worthy. Extremely satisfied that Robert was our Lawyer!

I found myself as a buyer in a FSBO transaction but was completely blind to what the process would entail. I both googled who the best real estate lawyer would be for the transaction, as well as asked around for word of mouth recommendations, and both resulted in Robert Bialkin as being The Guy for the job. Robert was super responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He explained the process before I even retained him, and clarified each step along the way. He was not only thorough and prompt, but also well organized, and connected (which made things like selecting inspection, title company, etc easier). Whenever I was unsure about something (contingency, how to negotiate based on findings from inspection), Robert explained which course of action would be most beneficial to my best interest. For future, I think I would conduct all FSBO transactions with a real estate attorney in lieu of agents, and I would definitely go to Robert as my first choice in getting the job done. I’ve already referred him to friends who are looking to close on a similar transaction. 10/10 would recommend/will be a returning customer.
