I have been searching for a CHILD ADVOCATE lawyer who's LGBTQ friendly and sex positive for years. I had searched on google, yelp and finally I called the Sonoma County Bar Association and thats how I found Michael's firm. He umped on it immediately with his team of legal eagles in tow. He must have known who was coming through the door because I immediately knew I was in the right place. I very much appreciate him, I feel confident now that my interests are being supported, I feel safe and loved and that's all I asked for. I'm so grateful for finding this lawyer he gets it he sees the bigger picture. I didn't have to spell it out for him, he was on it from the moment I told him my story. I'm feeling confident again and I'm looking forward to sleeping well again.

Requested a consultation about 2+ weeks ago for help with my fiancee being over incarcerated 3+ months in Sonoma Co MADF.. still haven't heard back from this firm. It's now pointless since the matter I was desperately seeking help with, has gone the way that I was trying to prevent. So if you're expecting a timely response I'm not sure this is the best place to go. Perhaps they are very busy or just help certain types of clients, I'm not sure since my call for help fell of deaf ears.

Horrible office. J Milligan threatened me many times. Gave me a wrong court date that I would have flown 6 thousand miles for nothing if I had not checked the court calender myself. When I asked for a refund he threatened to have me arrested. He is a real prima donna. If you want an attorney who can not tell the differance between a felony and a lesser charge then he is your man.

Great law firm very knowledgeable Helped me out very much and didn’t charge a dime, they were unable to help unfortunately but didn’t lie and take my money they referred me and I feel very comfortable with saying they are not ones to screw people over highly recommend them

I have never seen a Law Firm so invested in the community. I came to Sonoma County about 20 years ago and must say this team of lawyers does a lot for the community (especially those students who are low- income). Fiumara Law Firm has helped many local high school students attend college and built local schools. They are simply amazing and fight for students needs. If I could give them 6 stars, I probably would.

I have known Michael A. Fiumara for 28 years prior to his becoming a CA licensed attorney. As a Counselor at Santa Rosa Junior High, Michael volunteered to work with our youth in our gym after school as many could not afford a private gym. His integrity and deep commitment to the community were qualities that were sorely needed then and now. His ability to speak with our significant Latino population was a first and he continues to represent many of our Latino families in his legal practice. I continue to recommend him and his excellent diverse staff. After I retired, I served on the Santa Rosa City Council and the Santa Rosa Community College Board of Trustees - both groups he addressed in a most impressive manner whenever I requested.

I had a last minute issue that I needed to hire an attorney for to help a friend. I Googled attorneys in Santa Rosa, and called five in the area. It was a weekend and critical I speak to an attorney right away. Justin Milligan answered his phone, patiently listened to the case and gave me solid advice in helping me immediately. We followed up on Monday to meet in person at his office. He resolved the issue by Wednesday. His price was reasonable and he was flexible in working with me under the circumstances. He gave practical advice in the case, and we will be proceeding with further legal action in the plan he laid out for us. The bonus: He was very compassionate. (Not like most attorneys I have been familiar with). I look forward continuing a relationship with the team at Fiumara and Milligan, and having representation by a solid attorney. Thank you!
