I have known Michael for many years and refer clients to him on a regular basis as I have found him to be a great lawyer and resource for those in need of legal counsel and a firm that can take on formidable odds.

One of my best friend's mother was in a auto collision where the other party has been trying to sue her for unrealistic amounts of monies. My friend's mother is over 80 years old and her insurance company's attorney, as well as the attorney that she hired to assist in the case were not really helping her and my friend was at her wit's end. I had her contact Mr. Fumara. Not only have I known Mr. Fumara personally for over 30 years, but he is an EXCELLENT attorney and advocate of people's rights. He spoke to my my friend, in length, and assisted her in finding another attorney who, at this time is finally, helping the family in finding closure and making sure that nothing unfair happens to her senior mother. Mr. Fumara cares about people so much and loves being an attorney. I highly recommend him, his firm, and anyone who is associated with him to assist people who need help, on any level, with legal issues. I would give his offices a call at any time, if not just to speak with him to get the BEST legal advice there is there today.

There is no doubt that this law firm should get five big stars on all counts of their professionalism and commitment to their clients! 1, Mr. Fiumara exceeded my expectations. He did all the things he committed at the very quick response! And the final results were very satisfying. 2, They treat the case as it was theirs!!! This is even more important! They are very responsible, inclulding his assistants. 3, Almost one year after the case, I mailed Mr. Fiumara internationally asking for help of one document. It was Sunday 2AM in CA. After sending out the email, I was expecting a feedback days later. And he replied almost immediately at 2AM! I do not know how I can express my appreciation! They really treat you seriously! They treat your things seriously! They are the best!

When school closures became a reality it hit my school without any warning!!! Two schools announced by the School District Superintendent turned out to be just a ruse. Instead a highly populated school of low income and Hispanic children were told that our school was to be closed for next school year. As a member of CTA we teachers activated our right to legal counsel to fight this issue. Michael Fiumara was our assigned legal counsel. As a local union officer I worked with Michael in seeking as much support from the community as well as county. Michael was a wealth of network connections..............to even getting an interview for us on local televison media. It was a lot of hours that Michael put in to save our school. It did close but not without some future issues won. The school district had to provide translators then and future meetings for the non English parent community. They also had to send all notices then and future notices in English and Spanish. It was a sad loss in school closure but Michael indeed helped our community of non English families be respectfully treated!!! Michael Fiumara truly championed our cause to have astounding impact in all future school closures which did unfortunately continue.

Michael Fiumara is a long time friend and client. I have been teaching his partner Gordon piano for over 11 years. I know Michael is an excellent attorney!! He is dedicated to his practice and is a very driven person, not to mention has many years of experience in law. He always has several cases going at any one time. I don't know how he does it, but no doubt he has an excellent team as well. I have gotten to know his business partner Jim, through helping Gordon.
