I had a last minute issue that I needed to hire an attorney for to help a friend. I Googled attorneys in Santa Rosa, and called five in the area. It was a weekend and critical I speak to an attorney right away. Justin Milligan answered his phone, patiently listened to the case and gave me solid advice in helping me immediately. We followed up on Monday to meet in person at his office. He resolved the issue by Wednesday. His price was reasonable and he was flexible in working with me under the circumstances. He gave practical advice in the case, and we will be proceeding with further legal action in the plan he laid out for us. The bonus: He was very compassionate. (Not like most attorneys I have been familiar with). I look forward continuing a relationship with the team at Fiumara and Milligan, and having representation by a solid attorney. Thank you!

He was kind, patient, gave lots of attention to detail and my settlement was much, much more than I would have received without him. I have had the pleasure of working with Justin a couple times. Once for myself, referred him to a friend , and he was there to help my father.
