When I first consulted with Max Arnold and his staff I knew he was the attorney I wanted to represent me. He is straight with his answers and tells you what he can and can't do, I never had a problem communicating with his office and i didn't have to do anything. They took care of everything from the beginning. They settled my case and everything was smooth. I highly recommend Mr. Arnold.

I was greeted warmly by everyone initially. I had answers to my questions in a timely manner. I feel like my settlement could have been more, but that is not a reflection on Max. I will use his office if I'm injured in the future and recommend him to my friends and family members. I am very satisfied and I am happy that this office took care of my worries whenever I called and took care of dealing with everything so I didn't have to.

Based on his staff alone, I would definitely use Mr. Arnold for all my personal injury needs. Here's hoping I won't need him any time soon...

I am pretty weary of personal injury lawyers, but when the day came that I actually needed one, I was glad I found Max. I was hit by a driver without insurance and immediately thought I was out of luck. My friend told me about Max and I called, and from then on I knew it would be okay. My shoulder was was hurt from the seatbelt and my car was totaled but Max found coverage and after physical therapy and a new car with nothing out of pocket, I'm back to new. Max really cares about his clients and wants to find the coverage I had such a great experience, I'm telling all my friends

Mr. Arnold deserves a lot of respect for what he does. I was hit by a drunk driver, and I needed some physical therapy that the other insurance company did not want to pay for. I contacted Mr. Arnold because I could not handle this while receiving my therapy, and I knew that the law can be a mine field too. Not once did I feel that Mr. Arnold was unresponsive or incompetent; on the contrary, he communicated with me very clearly, with lots of details as well as explanations of the complicated legal things I know very little about. I am eternally grateful to have had Mr. Arnold's assistance in a desperate time of need.
