Alas I have to agree with the other reviews. This service isn't at all as represented. I had a ticket that has a precedent for dismissal. I sent diagrams and showed how the officer (in full view) was not in a position to see why I was forced to cross HOV lanes to avoid an accident during rush hour. They had no communication or any word from the lawyer prior to the case to understand the mitigating circumstances of the situation. Result was I had to pay full amount of the fine (no reduction) and traffic school. I won't say they are BAD as I have no comparison, but unprofessional, poorly prepared and waste of time. Absolutely.

I used them since I got 3 tickets at Long Beach airport and live in Phoenix . My fine was $1100 , they got all of them taken care of and dismissed . No FInes . Very Very happy with the service .

Worst company ever. They didn't reduce anything and still forced me to pay! It was a simple no registration violation and he couldn't get it dismissed. Lousy business, lousy customer support, lousy lawyers. Just google up something with better ratings, clearly this guy is terrible. I am taking them to small claims over this, that is the only way you will get your refund back from these criminals.

I used their services for a speeding ticket. Their rate was fair and very affordable and I am completely satisfied with the service I received.
