I got lucky when I was referred to David by another attorney who was unavailable. So many stellar things to say about my experience with David. He took the time to listen to my issues and HEARD me, even when I had a hard time putting words to my thoughts. On top of that, these are some words I'd use to describe David: Sharp Astute Eloquent Thorough Clear expertise in Family Law Timely/Punctual/Responsible Fees are within reason I can say with ease - If you're about to go through legal issues in Family Law, David is the attorney you want to represent YOU!

David Korsunsky is an excellent and thoughtful attorney; I strongly recommend David for your cases. My case was not easy, and involved a complicated situation. In short, my (now) ex-husband moved out of the US, and now lives in a different country. My ex-husband did not respond to any documentation requests or financial disclosures, which extended my case to be longer and more difficult. It created extra effort and hard work on the attorney’s end, including new documentation and processes. All this led to being the first type of this case in San Francisco. In the past, I have tried other attorneys before David, and they all wasted my money and time; nothing happened when those previous attorneys tried to handle my case. I tried contacting several attorneys but they all declined my case. Those other attorneys knew my case would be complicated and not yield much money. Despite my case being so problematic, David accepted my case and he was very patient, diligent, enthusiastic, clever, and smart in finding was to conquer all obstacles. He is not only an excellent attorney but also knowledgeable and thoughtful. He is a good communicator, and easy to approach, I feel extremely lucky to have found him and have him handle my divorce case. I highly recommend him.

David was referred to me by my Trust attorney as someone that I could rely on. David helped me with a complicated divorce. My wife kept pushing for a speedy divorce, but she also didn’t want to do anything to help with the divorce proceedings. David explained all the options to me as how we could proceed given the circumstances and the benefits and pitfalls of each option. David was very patient with me as I was in the mist of setting up a Trust for my daughter and pursuing a divorce at the same time. My wife and I have a four-year-old daughter and David helped me to consider the best interests of our daughter, ensure that my wife had enough visitation time, and avoid any visitation terms which was not in my best interests in our marriage settlement agreement. David was also very sympathetic when I mentioned that my mother was struggling with Alzheimer’s, and he explained the probate process and how I would need to find a probate attorney should I ever want to make all her financial and health related decisions for her. If you need a patient attorney to guide you through the divorce process, someone that can relate to your unique situation, then I recommend David highly.

I am so glad I found David. As others have stated, he is just incredible. What I admire the most about him is that he is very responsive, in fact I found it challenging to keep up with his pace. I started working with him July of 2021 and was done March 2022. The delay’s were mostly due the other party’s attorneys. The other party terminated their attorneys early march and trusted David to drive the case to completion. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

David helped me throughout my case. I would definitely recommend his services. He's transparent about what's going, very knowledgeable on his cases and who/what they involve, and it's evident that he's very passionate about what he does.
