I did days of research for a lawyer. I felt really good about Marina for an employment issue. I was so upset for months because the company was giving everyone 80 hours of work and 40 hours of pay. Then they claim that the 80 hours is only 40 hours despite their own stats, production charts and work assignment calculator. Marina personally called me within a day of leaving a msg on the office phone. She told me that it's not illegal for a company to give more work than a person can complete and it only becomes illegal if they retaliate if you don't do the work. Basically if a person is stupid enough to do the extra work then the company won't stop them. I have a plan now for the future and will call her back when and if they retaliate against me because I'm not working for them for free. This has brought me a great amount of peace knowing that my company is simply using scare tactics to try to make people work for free and they can't do anything to you if you don't work for free. Thanks Marina and you are SO awesome. This is the person to hire if you have an employment problem people. I've already done the research for you.
