Hi there i would like share my excellent experience with Atty. Elaine. Way back 2019 i hired a previous immigration lawyer because my i 130 petition from my sister was up for adjustment of status already (i485), i always keep asking my lawyer if i can include my wife on my petition i485 but she always telling that my wife cannot be included as my after Acquired Spouse or derivative., i became so frustrated on that time.
