Hi there i would like share my excellent experience with Atty. Elaine. Way back 2019 i hired a previous immigration lawyer because my i 130 petition from my sister was up for adjustment of status already (i485), i always keep asking my lawyer if i can include my wife on my petition i485 but she always telling that my wife cannot be included as my after Acquired Spouse or derivative., i became so frustrated on that time. Untill one of my friend Recommended me Atty. Elaine San Juan Tica and i called her right away and made an appointment with her, As soon as with we start discussing my case, I saw very bright light on the tunnel. My frustration was replaced with hope,joy and peace of mind finally i can include my wife on my adjustment of status i485. We started our case of july 2020 afrer 6months we got our EAD/work permit, June 2021 we got our GC. I would highly recommend Atty Elaine San Juan to my friends because of her professionalism, she always makes follow with us whenever USCIS send us a RFE. One of the best immgration lawyer. This law firm is wonderful. Mr. Mancini is a wonderful person. He is a terrific trial attorney. He represented my mother and she loved him. I have referred other people to him for help and he always does a great job. All of his people are top rate and it is a very nice and comfortable office too.

A. Positive experience

Mr. Mancini was extremely rude during my initial phone consultation. He instructed me to give yes or no answers to his questions, of which I complied. His yes or no questions turned into a couple of side questions so when I made corrections to the case at hand, he became rude by insisting on yes or no answers. This was not possible for me to comply with the incorrect side questions. I informed him of his rude behavior, he did not offer an apology, he simply said " imI very, very good at what I do". Maybe he is good but I refuse to put up with his lack of integrity.
