Unfortunately, I've needed lawyers on a number of occasions and it's always the same, self important, never get back to you, keep you wondering what the hell is going on with your case lawyers. Michael Ross is a cut above the rest. His communication skills, which I feel are most important, are amazing. I was never left wondering what the heck was going on. Michael usually reached out to me first to keep me informed of my case. I can't say that about ONE lawyer I have ever dealt with. They all acted like I should be privileged to be in their presence, always forgetting that they are working for me. I was in a lot of pain from my car accident, especially with the head trauma. The last thing I needed was to stress out more over my case. I never had to do that with Michael. He understands that when you're in pain, the lawyer doesn't need to be a part of that pain. Michael worked closely with my doctors and I never had to quarterback my own case, which usually happened. Michael quarterbacked my case and I was shocked at how fast he resolved a settlement. When I did need to contact Michael, he usually answered my call. If he was busy, he would reply with a text and never failed to get back to me. I can't recommend Michael enough to represent you. I know a LOT of lawyers, and I've never known one of them to work with a client the way Michael worked with me. My life is totally different thanks to Michael. Give him a call.
