I love the people from the Law Offices of Gary Berkovich. Especially Benjamin who has helped me tremendously. He took over my first case back in November of 2017 and helped me settle my body injuries compensation. With his help I was able to speed up the process and make negotiations with the insurance company to get the money I deserved for my totaled/salvage car. In my second accident back in February, I was rear ended while driving southbound on the 5 freeway. Right after this accident, Benjamin responded quickly by getting me in a rental car of my choice within the same day. Along with someone to work on fixing the damaged rear bumper. Within a couple of weeks I was back in my car and in constant contact with Benjamin regarding my case. In the second accident I injured my back and haven't been the same ever since. I have trouble sleeping and standing for long periods of time. But, Benjamin and his assistant Karen have done a really good job at taking care of me by recommending me to physical therapy, acupuncture treatment, and orthopedic consulting. Although I still feel constant physical pain knowing that I will never be the same and as a young man it is sad that it will only get worse as I get older. I feel confident that Benjamin and the Law Offices of Gary Berkovich will get me the support I need to restore the extreme damages and struggles I have faced. Thank you Benjamin and Karen!

Mr. Berkovich represented me a few years back in a car accident case and did a great job. I recently referred a coworker of mine who was also involved in a bad car accident to Mr. berkovich’s office and they are again, doing a great job. Just like in my case, my property damage was resolved quickly, I was provided a rental, and most importantly, they took the time to answer all of my questions. They really do understand that while they do this type of work all day long, for me- it was my first accident and I felt unsure about the outcome until I turned things over to Mr. Berkovich.

Mr. Berkovich’s law firm represented my daughter in a automobile collision claim against a big insurance company. Mr. Berkovich and his staff were very professional and aggressive in resolving my daughters case. His staff was great and knowledgeable about everything that my daughter was growing threw and the office manager, Benjamin especially took the time to explain to me the claims process and helped settle my daughter’s claim. I would absolutely recommend this attorney’s office to my family and friends if they ever needs an attorney

So, I initially hired Mr. Arayan, who have yet to meet based off a referral and initially thought my luck had changed. I was wrong. I have been unable to speak with him and his paralegal who is in charge of my case is almost never available. I have not heard anything of my case in over 3 weeks. And have not received any money since September which is ridiculous! How is a person supposed to survive???? Basically lack of communication is a huge issue with this office and this attorney thoroughly lacks the knowledge to run an effective business and aid the people he is "supposed" to help. Workers comp is stressful enough and dealing with a mediocre firm does not add to the combination. So if you'd like to end up with no answers and pointless calls in which you are ignored I'd recommend this firm. If not please..Please hire someone who will truly help you in such difficult times.

I can honestly say that this law firm was really great! They took care of me from day one! I did not have to worry about a thing. The people were very nice and very helpful.

So I was in a car acvident in 9.3.2013 I was in alot of pain and decided to hire. A lawyer since it was the other persons fault who ran right into me. So I hired this lawyer and his team to settle with my claim hired date 10.4.2013. My claim did not settle until 2.2015. This is ridiculous this whole time I did not know he became a lawyer right before I hired him. They took so long to recieve the documents for the claim he had employes that bounce my claim file from one person to the next. I didnt do my work in finding a lawyer with more years in this bussiness I should have done a better job but I didnt that was my mistake and i've learned. Also his office manager is so rude they all are come to think of it. But know I now why the lawyer is so young needs more experience what a joke 2 years since he recieved his degree. I should of done more reserch work before I signed with them. They are ridiculous, i will not recommend him or his staff..
