Honestly just amazing!

Amazing firm always checking up, very professional and great staff

If your looking for a quality wc attorney, you cant go wrong with Raphael. Great attorney and a Great guy. Sometimes it takes a little time to hear back from my case manager, but I know they are always working on my case and telling my employers insurance company how it really is. They also did a great job for me and my neighbor who referred me over to Mr Hedwat.

If you are looking for a law firm and an attorney that is on your side and fairly represents you or your loved one, this is not the firm. This firm did not look for my father’s best interest and failed to give him dignified representation. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. This firm is very unprofessional, rude, and didn't listen to my or my dads concerns. They are also unresponsive to emails, phone calls and texts. What’s worse they failed to provide accurate information. They had my father sign a settlement, which they not only failed to present at a hearing but they instead advised my father and I (I held a POA at that time) that the judge signed off on the settlement and he would receive the settlement check within 30 days. Sadly and so painfully my father passed away a day after the 30 days (cause of death was not related to his WC) were up. He died believing he had settled his case. When this was brought to their attention Mr. HEDWAT himself gave a measly apology with the excuse that his attorneys have many cases and confused the information. After my dads passing they had no interest to follow through. My fathers estate did not receive any information and it now appears the claim is closed due to lack of response from this firm. They also failed to send information to the opposing counsel and insurance carrier about lost checks due to a change of address. Two years later we received the checks because the insurance carrier performed an audit and the checks were never cashed. It was not because this firm had followed up to my dads repeated requests of missing checks. I understand COVID happened and attorneys are busy but these mistakes and lack of response and follow through are just inexcusable. I would hate anyone else having to experience the frustration, dissatisfaction and disappointment that my family has.

I have had this attorney for 8 months they only time I heard from this firm was to sign me up. They even informed the wrong hospital that I do not work for they were representing me. I don't even know if my employer knows there is case pending against them. They are the most incompetent representation your settlement can afford please do not use this firm you would be better off goggling it and doing it yourself. Look at the messages with 1 star they don't even respond to your complaint just like they do not respond to the questions you have regarding your case. They only respond to 5 start reviews that probably come from their family and friends. This company was referred to me by another Law firm I will make sure they know not to source you out as well your company should not exist.

Jajajaja!! La firma de abogados numero 1 en incompetencia, inutil e irresponsable, si quieren una mala compensacion y en paguitos ya estan en el lugar correcto, estos sujetos no estan de tu lado , no contestan el telefono, a pero a qui si contestan los comentarios estan mas preocupados por contestar aqui que contestarles a sus clientes y a como son buenos para buscar pretextos y cuentos infantiles. Tampoco soy cliente de ustedes y ni quiero serlo ,pero mi amigo si lo fue y ay pobresito de el sufrio mas aqui que en su accidente. Les doy 1estrella por que sin estrella no deja publicar ni 1 se merecen. ( De 50 reseñas 10 buenas eso lo dice todo).
