We were referred to Alex after being T-boned by someone who wouldn’t admit fault. Alex was responsive, informative and extremely helpful in informing us on how to communicate with both ours and the person who hit us’ insurance company. It’s stressful enough getting in an accident, but it’s especially stressful when it’s not your fault and the person at fault won’t accept responsibility. If you ever find yourself in this situation, call Alex immediately - don’t make the mistake of thinking you can handle it yourself. I would feel comfortable hiring Alex for any matters involving dealing with insurance companies.
