I had gotten into a car accident with a fleet vehicle and the insurance company along with the owners of the fleet vehicles gave me a run around. A Co worker at my job recommended there offices. I placed a call the very next day I got paperwork and my claim suddenly had started to be processed as it should've. I got my therapy and my car got repaired. I'm glad I reached out to these offices and I will reccomend them to all my friends

He won't return your calls or care about your case, I guess he has made enough and doesn't need anymore cases! At any level, very unprofessional. I needed a consult and called twice and left 2 messages with his staff. No one ever got back to me and it's just fine! I ended up going elsewhere to an American attorney, who was prompt and actually interested in my case. I guess if you are not fluent in English, you have no choice, but to stick around and hope that someday he calls you back!

He has several sites! Just a suggestion, why not return calls instead of making websites! I called and talked to staff twice, and was told I'll be getting a call back at some point. Nobody ever called me back, and after one week I found help elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Why run all those TV and Radio ads if you aren't interested in taking cases? I was hesitant to go with him from the get go, because I actually speak English, and attorneys like him are dime a dozen in LA, but my mother insisted that I try him cause he is all over Persian TV and radio. Well evidently all this involvement in networking has left them not caring about what's important..... the potential clients!!!!!!

Always available by phone. Always willing to listen. Like a pit bull in a junk yard. Never gives up.

Attorney Rackohn never let the otherside take advantage of me. He is very aggressive and always returned my phone calls. I was very happy with the result.
