Nick is very straightforward and very communicative. My Audi was having problems and was in the shop for a couple of months. My car did not qualify for a Lemon case because it was the first time it gave me problems; however, Nick helped me get compensated for the amount of time my car was stuck in the dealership. Excellent service, will definitely contact him again if I have another issue

I called and spoke to Nick. He gave me such helpful info that other people didn't. I was making calls all day to other lawyers and no body was telling me anything....I was so frustrated until I called. Nick told me exactly what I needed to do. Never got passed the first call, the dude on the phone was rude AF and didn't seem to know anything about what kind of specialist I should talk to. Don't recommend at all, not worth your time even calling.

My Mercedes GLS450 kept experiencing AC issues which service advisors at multiple dealers privately (off-record) advised was a known complaint and unrepairable.
