I know I am the one in charge of my Last Will and Testament and it was time to get it done. The day came I decided to search for attorneys in my area and called and left messages. Attorney Rodney Gould had on his website a Contact space to write a message. I liked writing my introduction before speaking and I wrote I needed a Will and asked for the cost. He got back to me the same day. I am a widow and he was attentive, patient, and kind and I felt good about making an appointment. In his office we talked about my wishes and prepared to draw it up. One of his strategies was “Next Steps” which was my agenda for more information like Beneficiary Forms, addresses, accounts, etc. I found everything I needed for him. Rodney has made this legal part of the end of my life formal, orderly, dignified, and signed and sealed. I will never go gently, but until then I have peace of mind.

I contacted Rodney a while back regarding getting a will/trust done and called a fair few times with questions. Rodney was always available to either take my call or call me back/respond to an email. I was never made to feel like I was bothering him. Due to personal circumstances it took me a while to get going however there was no pressure from them at all. Since getting my will/trust done I have contacted Rodney again - several times in fact - about another matter and again each time he has been available/responsive. The cost of their service was very competitive compared to other lawyers I contacted - however more importantly Rodney was nothing but helpful at all times. I did also get to meet him in person and found him very friendly and likeable. Not many lawyers you can probably say that about! :-) I would highly recommend him.

I lost my Partner after 43 years together and we were friendly with Rodney and his parnter for years ...but it was only after Bills death did I REALLY NEED RODNEY...not only for a good friend ..,but needed him to advise me in all sorts of ways...to take care and organize Bills estate /to advise me on when to put my inheartance/etc .I do THANK GOD that I had Rodney Gould in my life to help me with everything ....I was a wreck/I was not able to function/to think/to actually live my life alone. He was DIRECTLY responsable for getting me back on track ....and he is still one on my very best friends....and always will be!! Gregg Barnette
