I want to thank, The Law Office of Rodney Gould and his amazing staff! The loss of my father was tough for me and my three siblings. Searching for a probate lawyer was a stressful time in our lives. While getting things in order with my father's estate in the Los Angeles area. We reached out to Mr. Gould's Law office on an early Saturday morning. Mr. Gould was able to schedule a face to face appointment with in that same hour. Visiting from Texas, we were pressed for time. Immediately after speaking to Mr. Gould in person, we knew he was the right person for the job! He took his time and answered all of our questions about the probate process. During the meeting we kept a poker face but we knew as soon as he gave us his condolences and explained why he chose this profession, my brothers knew he was the right person for the job. He looked over all the papers we presented to him and he gave us the news we needed to hear. My father's estate had to be legally transfer into our names by filing it through probate court. Mr. Gould and his staff successfully completed the probate process with my father's estate. I was in a bind, I needed a Heggstad petition filed and had absolutely no way of paying for it. Turned down by several attorneys, I was about to give up on ever being able to claim the house my mother had left me and becoming homeless when I was notified that finally an attorney had responded to my queries! How I wish I would have had Rodney Gould as my Lawyer years and years ago except he'd be too young and not yet Esquire. He is completely honest and patient with this Senior Citizen. I was going through a difficult time when I lost my partner in 2020. and I need a legal advice when I found Rodney Gould online. I’ve found several lawyers but I believe I chose him for the reason that I found him to be very knowledgeable and i didn’t feel no pressure when I talk to him about my case. Even though I have not retained his services yet at the time, he was there to guide me with the legal process and was very helpful. Not to mention, it was during the peak of the pandemic when I lost my partner and he still made time to meet with me to assist me in looking for the Will at the house of my partner for an hour or so. Rodney Gould was absolutely wonderful getting my husband's and my trust going. He was on top of things every step of the way. Whenever we needed him he was there for us immediately. When my husband's health began to deteriorate Rodney was there the same day finalizing our trust. He brought our trust about efficiently and in a timely manner. We both were and I presently am blessed to have Rodney handle our trust.
