Rodney has been extremely helpful with doing my parents' estate. Complicated is what I would call it and Rodney has handled everything with ease. He made me feel comfortable like family and he was always available for me if I had any questions I would definitely recommend him to help with anybody's interest in family law probate trust. Rodney first took care of my mother’s estate after she passed due to COVID. He took care of all the details and helped us through a very difficult time. Later we asked him work with us to take care of our estate planning. He prepared a comprehensive plan that protected our estate from taxes and fees. My wife and I recommend him to our family and friends.

Rodney was the absolute best throughout my whole probate process. I reached out to him in October 2022 after my father (who was my last surviving parent) suddenly and unexpectedly passed away, without a will or any sort of estate planning in place. I lived in New York State, and had to move my family down temporarily for the month it took me to get his home in order, and plan his funeral and all the other things that come with the death of a parent. I reached out to him in a state of being overwhelmed, stressed, and frankly, as hard as this is to admit for me as a person, scared out of my mind. I only heard of the horror stories about the CA probate process, from family and friends. Not to mention, I was worried about not being able to be there for court proceedings and everything else it might require. Rodney reached out after I sent him an email explaining my whole situation. Immediately from our first conversation, being a good judge of character, I found him compassionate, empathetic, kind and patient. He broke down the process for me in easy to understand terms, as well as gave me VERY accurate and realistic timetables for every step of the process. He helped me with the sale of my father's property, and was always there if I had questions or concerns. This cannot be understated. I've had to deal with legal offices and lawyers before, and this trait is priceless. Any time I had a question, he was ALWAYS there, and responded quickly and honestly. Although my probate case is now finished as of August 2023, I will never forget Rodney, purely because of the wonderful person he was during a very difficult process, how professional and kind and honest he was, and lastly, because of how easy he made the process for me. He handled everything for me, and I never had to once leave my own home in NY again. He is HIGHLY skilled and knows his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not regret choosing Rodney in all things estate and probate. He's the best.
