Hello. I want to share my expirience with Atty. Elaine San Juan. I applied for N400 / naturalization. On my interview, the officer needed more information or additional documents so he gave me a notice or RFE. Gave me inly 30 days to submit. I tried looking for a lawyer near me but they just tried to scare us and telling us its complicated case and the time given was very short. I Kept looking and i found Atty Elaine San juan. Her office was too far from me but i still scheduled a phone consultation. She was very calm and took time to understand our case. She explained very well what we need to do and our options. After a few days we decided to ask for her assistance and represent us. She did everthing and took care of everything. Hi there i would like share my excellent experience with Atty. Elaine. Way back 2019 i hired a previous immigration lawyer because my i 130 petition from my sister was up for adjustment of status already (i485), i always keep asking my lawyer if i can include my wife on my petition i485 but she always telling that my wife cannot be included as my after Acquired Spouse or derivative., i became so frustrated on that time.
