I had a chat with Shawn's staff and it was so friendly. After chatting with her, I felt like half of my problems were solved. The staff member I chatted with was extremely helpful though I didn't get what I was looking for but she gave me other ways to follow inorder to get what I need. After the chat ended, she sent a link to open and fill a form which I did and I'm waiting for the reply just in 72 hours.
