A truly wonderful law firm. They are far more affordable than many other immigration law firms in the US and handled my rather unconventional case with great aplomb and were successful. The most important thing is that they were always available to answer queries on short notice and were extremely patient even as I was feeling nervous or anxious!

I did my case for EB-2 NIW with them and was approved. Jason from the firm handled my case and he was very responsive and thorough in helping with my questions along the way. I had consulted with several attorneys before and they all said I do not have a strong portfolio and did not accept my case. Jason was convinced from the beginning that I will certainly be approved and he was right. Note that: -The attorneys here will not write your recommendation or proposition letters for you. However, you will be provided sample letters to help you do it yourself. They will also proof read all your letters and give you recommendations about ways to make them better. -The fees agreed with the firm is separate from any USCIS fees and form fees. Also, if your case is approved and now you want to adjust status, that is considered another case and a separate contract with its own fees.
