I am very happy for my recent Eb1A petition approval within 6 days without RFE. I went through at least 11 immigration attorneys, they evaluated my case and most of them told me that you have 40 to 60% chance and many of them are not ready to take my case, they are just focusing only on citation count, and not on other criteria, even though I provided evidence for 8 criteria. But, when I contacted Law Offices of Shawn Sedaghat and shared my profile, which was evaluated throughly by Jason Parker Johnson, he showed very high confidence and told me that my case was even unlikely to receive RFE. I am thoroughly impressed by Jason's professionalism and attention-to-detail in my case. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns to my specific situation. I just want to share the experience I had with this firm. I used them years ago. 2004 if I could give more stars to this firm I would do it. I'm a client of theirs, not an employee. Many firms ask their employees to write positive reviews. that's unethical and unprofessional. My experience in the past is excellent. I recently contact them for an i-485 adjustment of status. They are very knowledgeable and reasonable in price. If you have any immigration matters do not hesitate to contact them, you would not regret it. I usually do not write reviews, but because I know there are a lot of people who don't know what to do when they need an immigration lawyer, so be confident that you are in good hands with them. Hi I just had a virtual Zoom consultation with Dr. Michelle Taheripour regarding my immigration case. She took her time and explained everything to me thoroughly and clearly.
