David was very responsive, intelligent, kind, prompt to answered my concerns during my recent immigration process. He reviewed things carefully; he made my process very straightforward. I reached out to Attorney Kramer in regards to seeking legal support for an Adjustment of Status case. He was very prompt in replying to me and making himself available for an introductory call. Attorney Kramer was very personable, easy to talk to and clearly very experienced and up to date on immigration law. All subsequent email communications were answered promptly and with clear information that made sense (not in complicated legalese or hastily written and therefore difficult to decipher for a "regular" person such as myself.) The only reason I was not able to move forward with working with him is it turned out he is not local to where I would eventually require an interview with the USCIS and I decided I wanted an attorney present for this part of the process. I need to start by saying that David and his team are awesome and I'm so happy that we selected him to be our immigration lawyer - and I have a green card to prove it!!! I originally contacted numerous lawyers to find "the right one". After a failed H1b petition a few years ago (largely due to an incompetent lawyer), we wanted to be sure that this time around we had the right guy for the job....and I must say David was most certainly that! I initially contacted many lawyers that were offering free consultations (David included). He stood out above the crowd. I also contacted a lawyer on here with many, many great reviews, (many more than David) that only offers free consultations if you ultimately decide to go with them. If you decide not to use them, that phone call costs you $500. I thought, "these guys must be outstanding - somehow even better, more legitimate and more likely to give me the result I want than any of the other lawyers giving away free consultations". I was mistaken. After 15 minutes of explaining who I am, what I do and what we want, he told me he wasn't so involved in the ins-and-outs nor up-to-date with the current laws, but he had lawyers on his large staff who were. He transferred me to a lawyer with far less experience than David who told me that he wasn't confident that we could get the results we were hoping for (an EB2 or EB3 visa & green card). He said it would be difficult if I wasn't going for the NIW (which I wasn't). This other guy left me feeling like I didn't have a chance and that perhaps David, who had said positive things about his experiences and abilities, was just saying all that to get my money. I called David again, and he gave me his time (for free) again. We talked it through and I was completely honest about my thoughts and worries. I basically said I was worried he was just saying all this stuff just to line his pockets. He was caring and understanding and built my confidence and trust. I paid the other law firm their $500 and picked David. It was the best $500 I spent... and I gave it to another lawyer! haha ;) Numerous times throughout the process we felt discouraged or confused by the complexities and the anxiety that comes along with this process, but every time without fail David's positivity and knowledge of the system eased our minds. Although we live 2500 miles away from his office, anytime we needed we could email or call. We were never left waiting long before we had a response. We even met once for breakfast when by chance a work trip put me in the same place as him. He was on vacation celebrating his birthday with his wife and still made time to meet and get to know me in person. Overall, it was a long process (a couple of years), but with each step we were given clear instructions of what he needed from us and what he was doing next. He may or may not know the impact that he has had on my family (he's been doing this successfully along time, so probably has some idea), but his hard work, knowledge, diligence, customer service, professionalism and friendly demeanor has brought about a result with USCIS that has changed our lives forever...and honestly, he made it seem easy. And all these great things I'm saying about him, go for his entire team. Things like this don't work well without great support, so thank you to all involved! I know everyone's story is different, but this is my story and I'm glad I picked David! Cheers mate!

Right after moving to Los Angeles, I didn't know any lawyer I could turn to for my marriage-based green card application, or any friend who could recommend one to me, so I went on Avvo and contacted a couple of lawyers. The moment I stepped into David's office, he was very welcoming, friendly and kind, yet professional, and made me relax with his smiles and lovely jokes. He was also familiar with Japanese terms for the documents I needed to get from my home country, which pleasantly surprised me! My mind was made up. During the paperwork, preparation, collecting evidence and supporting documents, not only David himself but also his assistants were very helpful and patient as well. They always responded my emails so fast that I felt I was well taken care of. Thanks to David and his great team, USCIS scheduled my appointment for the interview exactly 3 months after they had received my application. During the meeting before the interview, David was thoughtful and supportive as always, and though I was a bit nervous, I knew there was nothing to worry about. And when he attended our interview with us, he eased the atmosphere of the interview room (the immigration officer's office), and everything went smooth! It was so peaceful and relaxing I couldn't believe (I was expecting some kind of interrogation)! My application was approved and I have just received my green card. I cannot thank David and his team enough, and I would definitely, absolutely recommend his services to anyone who is looking for the best care they can get for reasonable fees!
