Brandon Sua is a very committed and passionate lawyer. He will fight for you with all he has, believe me! My son was arrested on a 5 count felony charge that very easily could have been a 25 year prison sentence. This obviously was a horrific time for all of us, to say the least. Not a topic I like to discuss however, I feel it benefits society for me to recommend Mr. Sua as an Attorney. My family and I are so happy we were referred to him (by a friend). We have go through a lot of lawyers given my fathers criminal history. Possessions, to robberies. It was not until we found Mr. Sua when life changed. He brought a new hope to not just the case, but to our lives; mainly my dad's. Thanks to Brandon Sua, My dad is sober, happy, and healthy. Not to mention, he'll be home for the holidays. Brandon Sua & associates are amazing! Very hands on & knowledgeable. He kept me informed of exactly what was going on in my case step for step. I was also constantly informed if our plan of action and recourse. Someone will always call you back within minutes! Most lawyers I have dealt with in the past will mislead and procrastinate. Brandon saved my brother's life - my 21 yr old brother who had never been in trouble with the law. He made a mistake one night and ended up getting arrested and charged with a serious felony. The DA's office was offering my brother a state prison deal!! For a first offense!? State Prison!? We couldn't believe the DA was being so aggressive. Luckily Brandon was able to get my brother a reduction to a misdemeanor, and probation plea deal which will end up getting dismissed once my brother finishes probation, leaving him with no criminal record! My family and I are so thankful we hired Brandon, he got my brother a second chance at life!
