I've gone through multiple attorneys and Rochelle Binns is by far the best. This is an attorney who actually cares about her job, her clients, and her work product. She is one of the few attorneys who doesn't sell you dreams just to take your money. She will tell you how it is and will be honest about what to expect and help brainstorm ways to achieve your end goal. She kept me grounded on my highly contentious case and always managed to keep my head above water and focused on my end goal. She took on my case with grace and didn't even react when my ex cursed at her in the hallway of the courthouse while we were walking out with a win. She knew what she was doing each step of the way. The case was a nightmare but Rochelle definitely made it better and easier to deal with. Knowing she was on my side made me stress much less because I knew she was taking care of me.

I am so impressed with this attorney! He took the time to answer my questions directly. I didn’t have to jump through hoops and got straight answers. Because of the nature of my accident, I wasn’t sure where to turn or even how personal injury cases work. I got so much insight about the cost, and realistic expectations of what the recovery should amount to. Because my Case is a mixture of personal injury, Insurance and malpractice… and is really quite tricky, I ended up talking to a few lawyers more specialized in that area, in the end, not pursuing it at all. I chose Rochelle because she told me her case load was not too high, so I knew she would have time to actually listen and give my case the quality time I think it needed.
