In the end we won on a technicality, but a win is a win. I would recommend Vernon to anyone as he is highly aggressive and is not afraid to do what needs to be done to win your case!

Vernon was able to get the full amount back to me, but he was also able to review my agreement and make the necessary changes so that I would be legally covered in the future.

I never write these things but credit is absolutely due here. Late last year I was served with a lawsuit that was bogus and needed an attorney fast. Vernon told me up front I had a great case and would likely recover my attorney fees. Not only did I prevail but I was awarded my attorney fees. The other side didn't like that and refused to pay me but Vernon refused to accept that. A few months later I got a check from Vernon in the mail for my attorneys fees along with a letter explaining that he levied the bank account of the person that sued me!
