Extremely difficult time in my life. I was a mess. My mom died and although I was an only child and sole beneficiary, an extended family member was sonwhow made trustee un a confuaing series of events a mere week before she died. Elizabeth met with me and hugged me and told me my mom loved me! She allows kids and dogs in her office! Niceness radiates from her!. Her kid sat next to me one day and spontaneously told me how awesome she was! She patiently read my lengthy hysterical emails from me - and although she must have been sick to death of me, she never let on! Oh and her skills as an attorney? Well she was on point. Unfortunately, it took two king years and the whole process took years off my life, but none of that was Elizabeth's fault. Ultimately, I won back control of the trust and am now buying my dream home. And she was approachable and nice while doing it, which is a rare quality in attorneys. Hire her, you will not regret ir.

Elizabeth was excellent in negotiating the removal of the trustee in a family trust. Elizabeth carefully considers all parties involved and treats all with respect. Elizabeth was able to modify the trust, which was tedious with five parties as beneciares. Elizabeth fees are reasonable and her accounting is easy to understand. Elizabeth exceeded my expectations and was a pleasure to work with.

my buddy passed away and (unbeknownst to me) assigned me, through his trust, as executor. His trust was a mess, but Elizabeth was able to make sense of it and the court agreed with her. A HUGE thank you (!) for helping his heirs get on with their lives.

I retained Ms. Tresp as a replacement for existing attorneys due to some complications with them. I can only say that I wish I had found her earlier!! The matter involved my Aunt's Trust and a feud between two beneficiaries as to which would receive disbursements. Being unable to get the prior attorney to "move" it along, among other concerns, Ms. Tresp was a fantastic relief. Her fees are very, very reasonable and appropriate, and to tell the truth, I was happy to pay them because she immediately did what was necessary. My hat is off to her and her entire firm - kudos!
