In July of 2020, I was in a motorcycle accident on my Harley Davidson where a LYFT driver didn’t see me and cut into my lane. I had surgery on my elbow and was hospitalized for a week. I contacted Hamilton Arendsen from my hospital bed after a friend referred me. Hamilton responded to me right away and was very personable. He is also a motorcycle rider so I felt like I was talking to a friend. He was very thorough explaining the process and always answered whenever I would text or call. We ended up getting a very nice settlement. He also set me up with some great doctors who helped me immensely in my recovery. Highest recommendation for anyone needing an experienced attorney!

I very rarely write reviews online, however I feel compelled to do so in this case due to the outstanding results achieved by Josh Braddock and his team. Josh and everyone in his office were highly professional, timely in their communications, managed expectations of the time frames and projected results extremely well, and ultimately produced a resolution that was fair for all parties. It is not very common that a win-win-win is achieved, in this case I feel that is exactly what happened. I could not offer a higher recommendation than I do for Braddock Law. Josh and his team are truly INCREDIBLE!! I was in a car accident and I give Josh a call at 8pm, and he answered right away and the first thing he asked was if I was okay and how I was feeling. You won’t get that from anybody else! He really does care about the health and well-being of his clients. He and his team were able to get me a settlement with a MUCH BIGGER payout than I was expecting!
