(To follow is a thorough review as I felt it important for easing stress during what I'm sure is a difficult but important time for whoever is reading): Some personal backstory: I was injured and hospitalized due to a serious accident in which the other vehicle involved was owned and operated by a major national company (to rename nameless). The driver had been negligent and that negligence caused major damage to my vehicle and serious injury to me. To be frank, I was scared as I came to reality in the hospital. The insurance agency of the major company was aggressively pushy with me and I felt like I was getting railroaded and nowhere. I knew I had to fight back but the task seemed daunting. Alecia Gordon was recommended to me through a mutual friend and I contacted her; perfect decision. Her calm competency, paired with her well-rounded understanding and explanation of the legal process, made me for the first time since the accident breathe a deep sigh of relief. She clearly laid out a step-by-step game plan that I followed: appointments with esteemed MD specialists, chiropractors, and follow-up physical therapy. Her honest, transparent, and systematic nature made the process very smooth. The result from following her guidance: I am healthy and received a substantial settlement (that I'm positive I would NOT have received if I had attempted to navigate this process alone, as most know, insurance companies are in the business of not paying, or paying as little as possible). I do not recommend there services biggest mistake I’ve made so far. I felt like just another paycheck nobody cared to update me at all I had to call multiple times just to know what the status was on my case. In the end I would have been better off on my own.

If there was a 6th star I’d give it, I came when I suffered a terrible post concussion syndrome after being taken by paramedics to hospital, I was hit while driving by a speeding gang in mountains and while I was grateful to be alive I needed help medically and also car totaled, it was utterly awful but Matt DeLira, Tabitha, Hilary and team came to rescue so promptly and provided support in more ways than not, than I ever could have imagined.
