Jim came to my door via my landlord because of COVID-19 and it was the first time i had ever not been able to pay rent. He immediately calmed my worries and helped me fill out the proper forms that were actually brand new. Even though the documents were days old, he was still very knowledgeable and helped me navigate the process with ease. I'll be using Jim for everything from Notary services to Mediation to avoid arbitration or litigation, and i would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for any Legal document assistance, real estate, or mediation needs.

Jim's firm performed as requested initially. However when it was discovered they made a mistake, they didn't fix it, and still haven't after a few months! (June 8, 2021) I have 20 plus phone calls and emails to Jim but to no avail. I'm not sure of the problem. They know what needs to be done. My concern for future customers is, If you are looking for someone that will stand behind their work, it may be best to go somewhere else, but it's your choice. Like I mentioned in the beginning, the firm did what was asked, but they made a mistake, haven't fixed it, and it is slowing up probate on my mom's estate. This is my factual experience dealing with their firm. That’s an interesting story Jim, but you don’t make a lot sense. I’m only frustrated with your firm’s inability to take ownership of the situation. Plus communicating clearly is not your strong suit. You also misspelled a couple of words. The grant deed from 1980 shows the correct lot number and address. I sent it to you on April 24. You replied on the 27th stating you would get back to me by Friday, and that there were two deeds showing different lot numbers. My assumption was Friday the 30th of April 2021, not a Friday in June. You never supplied the deed you claim was incorrect. Additionally, you never offered any concrete solutions. Oh you’re right, you did mention one solution where I pay you again to do what I previously paid for. My goal is not to get into a pissing match, but to get this done. I first contacted you April 17, 2021, and you only respond in June because I put it on the internet? You can’t even call me back! You need to put on some big boy pants and deal with it! Or, show me where the mistake was not yours. Stop this nonsense and fix it!

Nathan and his team has been helping me get custody of my 2 children for the last 4+ years. I had lost faith in the process until I hired him. Even with all the many different challenges, hurdles and aggravating court trial days, he never lost sight of the end goal. In the end the truth prevailed and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would retain him again in a moments notice.

I cant say enough great things about Nathan. When I was looking for an attorney I interviewed several of the local attorneys and even a few from others areas. I didn't get a positive feeling that one would want when looking for legal help. They all told me that they could help me but didn't seem confident in the outcome and less confident if things moved forward to trial. Another local attorney referred me to Nathan when I sat down with him he was confident in what the potential outcome could be. He told me that his true passion is going to trial and loves to fight for his clients. When my case got to court the attorney on the other side found out Nathan was representing me and he caved almost instantly. I got everything I wanted and the other side lost miserably. If you need an attorney around these parts do yourself a huge favor and call the Law offices of Nathan Nutting. He doesn't play games and will go after the other side like a Bulldog!!!!!

Worth every penny to put my mind at ease and get what needed to be done! I’ve referred several friends and will continue to do so!

Jim was a great resource for me. I had problems with renters and he was able to solve the problem quickly and honestly. He is very good at straight forward conversations with both sides. I would highly recommend his services.

Staff just likes to argue on the phone with people that are trying to get help and just tell you no we can't help. Rude and unprofessional to tell me to google something and think google is right but then she tells me something completely different. Sorry you hate your job and can't be civil without acting like a teenager. Also she criticized someone elses credentials that has been a legal aid for 20 years in this county. Pathetic.

You wanna a bulldog in the court room a Lawyer who fights for you and is honest with you ? The man will tell up front if you got a chance or not , he puts his money where his mouth is! Then you call this guy.
