Stephen recently helped me with an employment dispute. I had called other attorneys and they were not willing to take the case because of the uncertainty of outcome. Stephen believed that I was treated unfairly and he committed to my case even before we discussed any payment. He established trust through empathy and walked me through various options during the negotiation process and that, resulted in a speedy resolution. I would highly recommend Stephen any day as someone who maximizes outcome for his client.

I wanted to schedule a consultation to understand my employment rights and options. I have asked several law firms for a quote for the consultation; every lawyer was eager to take my case without spending the time to get to know my situation better. However, Stephen actually looked out for my best interest. During the initial free consultation, he told me I probably didn't need to hire a lawyer to have my questions addressed at all; he even gave me a lot of valuable information over the phone. Even though his honesty meant that he was not be retained/making the money, he still spent 20 minutes telling me information regarding employment laws and workers rights when they are on leave. I didn't get to work with Stephen this time, but I know for sure that I will ask for his help when I have a more complicated case.
