Interesting to visit in many regards: Stanford is leading in several research fields worldwide. Visit the d.school to get a impression of modern working atmosphere and Design Thinking. Furthermore become aware of the Rodin art on campus.

Graduated from Stanford ages ago, but hold many great memories...didn't find it that stressful...maybe because I was an English major...my pre-med, pre-law and engineering friends found it more of a grind. Great outdoor life in/on the gorgeous campus, many walks up into the hills there...helped keep you sane...also in those days, very cool alternative accomodation (Terra House)...grew our own veggies and cooked for ourselves...
