I was looking for a responsible lawyer with the necessary skills to represent me in a strong lawsuit against me, they were accusing me as guilty in a serious accident that was not my fault, fortunately a friend recommended the lawyer Rafael Carrillo, he took my case and he gave me a lot of peace of mind and security, he represented me throughout the lawsuit and fortunately I was able to win my case, I really recommend his good work and his knowledge of the law.

I really wish I had more positive things to say about Carillo Law. This has nothing to do with their abilities as a law firm, however, the organization and customer service needs a bit of work. I scheduled my appointment for a consultation over a month ago. I had the date and time written down and made plans to be available for my telephone appointment. My appointment was at 10:30am, at 10:10am I got a call asking to reschedule my appointment for the following day at 1pm. Works for me, so I rescheduled. Today I was supposed to have an appointment at 1pm, telephone as well. I had someone call me this morning to confirm and they informed me that my appointment was scheduled as a in-person appointment instead of telephone. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she mentioned that in-person appointments had priority and that if someone had time to speak to me, that they would call. Why do I have an appointment if no one is available then? I feel I wasted my time in moving my schedule around to accommodate this office, not to mention waiting a month for an appointment only to get absolutely nowhere. I could’ve looked elsewhere for a lawyer. Very disappointing. Please value people’s time, you charge for yours, ours is not disposable as yours isn’t either. Thank you

I hired Mr Carrillo's representation halfway into a custody dispute. It had became, almost a liability, to proceed without someone by my side. I should have asked for help faster. Mr Carrillo was able to walk me through some of the proceeds that pertain to me. Don't be afraid to reach out for help. We'll spent money to be able to lay that stress to the side. Peace is expensive.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Carrillo Law Firm. Despite the overwhelmingly positive reviews, my encounter has been nothing short of a disheartening and frustrating ordeal, leaving me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction. Upon parting with a substantial sum of $5000 on May 11, 2023, in the hope of securing competent legal assistance for my family custody case, I was met with a series of disappointments and unfulfilled promises. Rather than receiving the expected level of personalized attention and legal expertise, my case was carelessly shuffled between various paralegals within the office, with Rafael Carrillo himself failing to demonstrate the necessary commitment and regard for the seriousness of my situation. In a distressing turn of events, I was eventually referred to another attorney, Mr. Francisco Medina, who, in stark contrast to my previous experience, displayed a commendable level of dedication and competence in handling my case, ultimately providing the services that I had initially sought from Rafael Carrillo. Matters did not improve following the conclusion of my case on July 11, 2023. Despite my repeated requests, I was met with a prolonged and unacceptable delay in receiving a statement of services and the remaining portion of my retainer. It wasn't until October 16, 2023, that I finally received a billing and summary, accompanied by assurances that my due payment had been dispatched. It’s been four months since the conclusion of my case and I finally received the remaining balance on November 22, 2023. Adding to the list of disappointments, I still have not received the court-stamped copy of the FOAH, further adding to my frustration and dissatisfaction with the Carrillo Law Firm. Jessica, the office manager stated that she would have the FOAH to me by 11/27/2023. I will update when I have received that. In summary, my interaction with the Carrillo Law Firm has been characterized by a profound lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic client care, culminating in an experience that falls far short of the standards one would reasonably expect from a legal service provider. As I reflect on this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I am left questioning the validity of the numerous positive reviews that have seemingly failed to reflect the disheartening reality of my encounter with this firm. Mr. Carrillo has helped with my Family Law case tremendously! He is the best family law attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. His legal representation restored my faith in the justice system. If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable attorney at a great price on Family Law, then give the office a call.
