I arrived for my appointment to apply for a new passport with paperwork filled out incorrectly. Pablo at the front was very helpful and sat down to assist me with preparing my paperwork correctly before being seen by the agent, which was a huge time saver. And I truly believe his assistance prevented me from having make an additional appointment for a later date due to not being appropriately prepared. He was personable and knowledgeable of the process. He was patient with my ignorance. Then I saw the agent. She also was gracious towards my lack of understanding and assisted me through the entire process with pleasant conversation. She caught every tiny detail that I missed and helped me understand workaround options. Thanks SJCLL! Keep that going!

I was getting the run around from free legal aid, regarding small estate probate questions, receiving conflicting information. So, I decided to reach out to San Joaquin law library, met with Pablo, Pablo and his associates were extremely helpful and kind. The best and fastest passport service in the central valley. I called on a Friday and got an appt the following Monday. Plus, I got my passport in 2 weeks.

Went to get my passport done here, had an appointment at 10 and wasn’t even there 15 minutes I got done so quick, way faster than the post office. Forgot the name of the person who helped me but it was an Asian male with glasses, thanks for your help bro!

Called to schedule an appointment to get passports for my children. Had a pleasant conversation. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted. A gentleman even offered my son a page to color. That is where the customer service ended. The lady who worked with us was rude, critical and demeaning. Never in my adult life have I been talked down to as much as I was by her. She criticized every aspect of the application that I had pre-filled out. As a U.S. citizen trying to obtain a passport the legal way, I cannot believe how poorly we were treated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be treated so poorly.

I want to start off by saying I have never left a bad review in my life but this experience was very appalling. If you are planning on scheduling an appointment for your passport please be aware that the passport agent lady who wears glasses is very rude. I was taken back by how someone can be just be so ill-mannered. She lacks self awareness and should not be working in customer service.

Way overpriced won’t even give you a consolation for less than $500
