Getting passports for our family of six was easy and a great experience here.

Went there for passport application. Had a very pleasant experience.

Went in there to get my son passport renewal. The lady there who wears the black reading glasses is very rude and do not know how to talk to people. She is lacking customer service skills. What a Karen. Because of the rude lady this place deserves a negative 1 star. Please hired people who have polite customer service skills.

Mr. Traverso puts his whole self into getting things done. I had a hard time communicating with my ex husband and Mr Traverso took that over for me. My case was unique and it entailed a lot of research, Mr. Terverso is very thorough. I'm happy the way my case turned out I would recommend Mr Traverso to get the job done.
