I started working with this business in 2022. It has been just horrible experience. First time had an appointment with Atul and was stuck waiting for over an hour. I had to call the office so someone can inform I was there even I checked in with the front desk. He has never followed up with me in the almost three years I submitted my paperwork. Not once I got a call from him. All he wants is money. Every time I go he is not available to see me, even though I lose pay and take time off work. Every time I get letter from UCISS, I have to call them and they never call me back. I go to see them and they just ask for fee instead of helping. Sheila is horrible human being. Does not listen and just screams at you. Please careful working with them. Even though all my paperwork is turned in I just got a rejection letter and I do not know what they did. Still no follow up after the rejection letter. I reported them to BBB and will be looking into a lawyer to file a case against them. I am a sole provider and I had to save the money to pay him and I ended up suffering. I hate going to the office because of their extremely nasty attitudes. They took money from me and I lost thousands. Zero stars reading the reviews I see they have time to respond to the reviews but no time to reply when you see them or call them

Global Allianz was very good helping me out with my application to Citizenship. Attorney Allen sawyer and Atul kapoor were very helpful. Shiala my case manager did a good job too.

My experience with this law firm was terrible, they filled my form I-130 wrongly, the most important information was not filled out completely in the form, and the immigration service, approved my I-130 application but said that I made a mistake on my form I-130, so I will have to fill out a form called 1-824, in other to get the information as to proceed with my case, I paid another extra fees to fill out the second form and I mailed to USCIS office and making me to wait again for 20 whole months, I called this law firm to tell them what the immigration, said about the form they fill out, they have refused to help me or correct the mistake they made on my application, I regret ever using this service to petition for my husband, waste of money and time and Atul, the immigration lawyer will never give you a listening ear, always rude to client and a very poor service, they are not professional, is been a year now since the approval of my I-130 but still waiting for the immigration to approve my 1-824, very disappointing law firm, am very sad with the way they gave me a poor and a careless service.

I had a disappointing experience with this law office.Communication was a major issue,as calls were often not retuned promptly.Additionally,important matters took longer than expected to be addressed.I believe there is room for improvement in their services and I would advise others to consider their options carefully before choosing this office.

Mr Kapoor is a true professional who helped us & guided us all the way through the process of E2 VISA filing. He was there for all the questions and mentoring us through the documentation required. With his expert guidance, we were able to get E2 Visa within 4 days of filing ( I think it must be a record for his office).
