Very unprofessional staff. The attorney provides his number but never return the calls. They are unwilling to hear clients feedback. I m very happy not to have my family case with them and even they offer free service it’s not worth it. I would rather pay more and get excellent service. As a client when reach out to an attorney you expect the highest level service, care, and professionalism. The thing which stand out of all that after a lady called me and then when I was trying to let her know about their customer service she did not let me talk and hanged up the phone and called me back after 2 mins and her response was that she was receiving another call so she had to hang up. Wish them a good luck with this kind of service. I recommend to anyone when use their service do your homework first.

Very unprofessional and not at all responsive....despite of several follow ups in a day also, multiple time in a week, no.response. the admin staff keeps on saying that they will get back , but until today no response. I am lucky enough to give them my job or else I would been stuck with such unprofessional organization. No recommended and not advisable any serious family who is desperate and emotional with family immigration SHOULD NOT APPROACH this organization. There are chances they may play with the feeling and family ends of loosing money too.
