I hired Mary Ann the next morning following an altercation where I was brutality attacked and beaten. I contacted her because the individual who attacked me filed a police report claiming I had instead attacked her. I contacted Mary Ann and was given poor legal advice and her communication with the DA actually got my charges enhananced. I don't believe she ever actually sent out an investigator to prove my innocence. At my arraignment, she advised me that everything was going to be fine. I was assured that she had spoken with the court. The next thing I know I'm being taken away in hand cuffs. I paid my bail as she had advised and the next court date she had no further advice other than it wasn't looking good for me. If she would have had my injuries properly documented, my attackers investigated and the location searched for cameras, my innocence would have been proven very quickly. If you have a larger case I highly recommend going with Allen Sawyer. He was absolutely fantastic, proved my innocence before the court and I was found not guilty and even proven to be the victim.

I hired ms bird for my felony case. In middle of the case she forced me into pleading guilty. She said there’s no other option for you. Basically she stop defending. I was better of with public defender if I was to plea guilty. Do yourself a favor stay away from their law firm. It will save your time and money.
