Hyatt Legal Plan referred to David for 2 traffic issues that I had to deal with. David took care of everything via Email and by phone. Got my fine reduced and my DMV hold released. Everything was fast and easy. David was great and took care of both cases in San Joaquin and Sacramento county without a issue. David explained all my options and the best route to take to resolve my citations. Would recommend his service and advice. David is AMAZING ! This was my first experience with fighting a traffic ticket. I was on a very long drive back from So Cal and in a hurry to get home to see my kids and I let myself speed up a bit toward the end of my drive (in a rental car). Unfortunately, that's all it took for me to get a speeding ticket (a big one). I was going to have my license suspended for 30 days. My insurance was going to go through the roof (even though I have no prior tickets or accidents). Not to mention the $1000 ticket fine (which I was ready to pay because ultimately it was really stupid of me to speed). I found David online and he jumped on it right away. He was very tactical and worked on several ways to fight the ticket including delaying the traffic hearing. Well by the time he went to court for me, the officer was not able to show up and the case was completely dismissed. Had the officer shown up, I believe that David would still have been able to work out a deal that would have been better than what I was facing. Attorney David Barzaga is a must hire, not only was he always available to answer my questions (even on a holiday!) but he was able to get my California speeding (65 speeding and tailgating on a commercial vehicle, THROWN OUT!!! Got a DUI and enhancement for speeding. Thought I was going to spend jail time and lose my job. David really pulled through on my case and was able to reduce my DUI to a Wet Reckless. I contacted attorney Barzaga the day after I learned from my auto insurance carrier that my license had been suspended for failing to respond to a red light camera citation in Sacramento. I had visited Sacramento a year earlier driving a rental car and never received notice of the violation. Being an attorney myself and residing in San Diego I knew I needed local representation to straighten the matter out. David Barzaga will go the extra mile for you and do his best to win. He helped me fight a speeding ticket that would've added a point to my driving record. He kept me up-to-date with emails and was always a phone call or text message away if I needed something. From the initial phone consultation, I knew that Mr. Barzaga was sympathetic to my plight and acknowledged that fighting moving violations in the strict Sacramento Traffic Court system was not guaranteed a win. I live in Alabama I had an old traffic ticket that was a warrant and required me to come back to California. I hired David and he went to court for me the next day and got it reduced to and infraction instead of jail,work project and a misdemeanor. He is a fast hard worker and you can trust him....
