Peter Marek is truly exceptional at what he does - In choosing him for legal defense, I felt at ease that I was being defended by someone who truly cares about his clients. When state agencies or other companies make you wait on hold, Peter answers his phone nearly 100% of the time! I cannot stress enough how much this man cares about his clients and their outcomes. He certainly helped me breathe easy during my legal process. I COULD NOT recommend him enough.

My name is Mark. I am a large man, a man of stature and weight. I do not mean to impose. Like the sun rising tomorrow, it just is. Big men stick out in the courtroom and a confident face can be seen as imposing. Those were my deficits as a defendant. You have others and the legal system is not your friend. It looks for your weakness. The system is professional and dedicated at finding it. Peter is a true defender, quickly assessing your needs, for he can cover them in your stead with his shield of knowledge and manner of grace. The man also looks for your veracity. Of course he is in it for the money. It is his chosen profession to provide for his home. But, Peter wants, nay needs to work for honest people. Peter Marek is the rare man working at the profession that he was designed by God to do. In my experience, few find their real calling, few seek after it, and even fewer lifetime commit to improvement in their profession. Yes, if you recognize your need for a protector against the State, or a guardian against prosecutory zeal, and you come in honesty, you will find no better to represent you than my friend, Peter John Marek. Little does he know that he is also my hero. If given the chance, he will be yours too. That is what heros do.

My 2020 did ,not start off as good as id hoped . I was charged with A DUI and a myriad of other charges. The DUI was a misdemeanor but the other charges where of the felony nature. This being my first offense I was nervous about the whole situation. The first thing I appreciated about Mr. Marek was that we met for a consultation in the evening as I was only available at that time. He is available when you need. After retaining Peter he handled all court proceedings and was an excellent guide through the court system. Considering this incident happened in January the turn around for results were relatively fast. Peter got everything dropped with the end result of no felonies just the misdemeanor stayed. I was quite pleased with this result. I would recommend Peter to anyone who needs attorney services.
