If it wasn't for Phillip cleaning up their turnover rate of employees on my case w/out a courtesy call(Danya then Vanessa and sometimes Chris), this would've been better stars. Phillip was professional and kind. He is single handedly cleaning up this firm's customer service, smh. I never spoke to any attorneys for the year that my case was being settled and they had an app that told me periodically my case was in litigations as the basic form of communication (I thought i received a spam text, but it was a link to download their app since I was w/out their consistent communication). I didn’t even want to continue with this firm the first month because I felt ignored after I sent over my documents for clearance to sign and was ignored for over a month via text- their majority method of contacting me. Then I get a call from Vanessa urging me that in order to get more $, I needed to go through w/chiropractic appts. I told her I didn't want to be involved w/her firm because I was ignored when it came to communication with them. She was unprofessional and I'm thankful I didn't work w/her again. It was shady that they offered $100 gift cards for positive yelp and Google reviews before my case was even settled. That's not ethical. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time w/a lawyer.

So thankful for the wonderful care they took with my case. They were recommended by another firm and I’m so happy they not only took my case and they got it done! Thank you so much SEPULVEDA Sanchez Law!

A little more than a year ago I had a real bad accident first I didn't think much about it but I had talked to one attorney Told him what What happened And His response wasn't what I expected. He made it sound like it was a pain in the rear and that it wasn't worth proceeding. A few weeks go by and I talk to someone in Sepulveda law That was handling my first case. I told The attorney what happened His response wasn't what I expected. But he got mad at me and told me. Why didn't I call him? My reply back was because of the first attorney when he told that was it? My attorney's reply was dude, you got a mega case Then sure enough, they filled it with just a couple weeks to spare. My first case just settled, and I'm very happy with the end result. It took longer than it should have and obviously because of COVID. I bring this up because during that time They had called me a couple of times to let me know what's going on. And that they were working on my case. All I said was. No worries. I also like to thank the entire staff for all the work that they put into Both cases For their hospitality and kindness. Most of all I like to thank Sandra keeping in touch and wishing her the best and all the luck in world to pass her Bar exam.
