Janell Freeman and her staff were amazing. After a subpar experience with two other well known Bay Area immigration layers (I won’t go into details) we decided to find someone local. From the very first meeting I was impressed by how organized and friendly Janell and her entire staff were. I appreciated the honesty and very objective information shared with us- no fake promises and very realistic timelines. Their response turnaround time for phone calls and e-mails was often within a couple of hours if not the very next business days. Even when there was no update the staff would check in and let me know, so it didn’t feel like we had been forgotten while our case was pending out of their hands. Most importantly we didn’t feel like we were just a file or case number, we felt human, listened to and respected by Janell and every staff person we interacted with. Thank you ladies!!!
