Super disappointed in the service , trying to get a call from mark theil or his secretary is so disappointing . Couldn’t get not even a call back or schedule a consultation. I even went on the website and tried to set up and online consultation. No answer back from mark or his secretly .even though I heard great things about mark couldn’t f get a call back or appointment. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did .

I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding the service at your office, specifically regarding the secretary, Maritsa. The level of service provided by her is below satisfactory. It is challenging to reach someone in the office, and when phone calls are finally answered, there is often a noticeable negative attitude.
I believe that Maritsa's behavior and attitude may deter potential clients who were considering hiring Mark Thiel and his law office. It is important to address this matter promptly to avoid losing potential new clients.

Didn't help me at all, after he got his money any follow up calls were dealt with one word answers. If your not paying the guy, he's not helping you, even if you previously paid him for the same case you have questions about after.

Mark is absolutely a life saver. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for my case and for me as an individual. I’ve had an on going case for several years now and he has been fighting for me since day one. He goes above his duties as an attorney and is all around a genuine, kind hearted individual. Mark takes the weight of my case from my shoulders and puts it on his without hesitation. He deserves far more stars than 5.

Mark kept me up to base with everything that was going on in the court was very understanding with the money situation and he had my cases dismissed if you want someone who’s willing to fight every step of the way this is your guy .
