Jonathan has been very helpful. During the process, he has guided and has assisted me analyzing all the different options and alternatives, explaining the risks and benefits of each path. Had issue with previous financial adviser, who was known to Mr Evans. He reviewed all my documentation and was able to conclude that my expected loss was not as great/large as I thought it was. He did talk with them and relayed to me that while there was the option to proceed with a lawsuit, It would not net enough to cover potential court costs, so we decided not to pursue it any farther. I greatly appreciated his candor and honesty about my case. An other attorney might have tried to "string me along" to generate some fees.
