Ross has been my attorney for some time and he is very knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of law. He is an excellent attorney, he is very knowledgeable, experienced and cares about his clients. He puts in the extra time and effort to get to know his clients and communicates with you on a personal and professional level. Most attorneys these days just don't care and don't do this. The difference between Ross and other attorneys is that Ross actually listens, pays attention to you and cares about you, what you want and the predicament you are in. He also handled my troublesome wrongful termination case from the beginning and brought it to an amicable resolution without the need for litigation. My case was very convoluted with thousands of pages of documents. Nobody could understand what the underlying problem was with my employer. However, after quickly reviewing my documents and having a meeting with me, Ross knew every detail about my casee including the wrongful actions of my employer. I was very impressed because nobody else could understand the wrongful actions of my employer, how I was discriminated against and how terrible I felt at the time. He was very upfront and honest throughout my cases and was genuinely interested in me, what I wanted out of the case and about settling the case. He was very quick to identify potential conflicts in my case and quickly came up with a cost-efficient and time efficient strategy to resolve my case, which he did . He handled my divorce case from beginning to end as well. He fought for me and never let the other party take advantage of me. He has very strong negotiation skills and was able to settle, conclude and resolve my divorce case with precision and within a very short period of time even though my ex-wife went through three attorneys. All of them were scared of Ross and he really took care of me and protected me very well. He was able to quickly settle my case and save me money. You also handled my personal injury case. My prior attorney could not get a good settlement out of the insurance company and they were pushing us around. I brought my case to Ross and he was able to settle the case for almost twice the amount they were offering my prior attorney. He was truly a blessing. Again, he knows when to fight and does not let people or insurance companies push you around. I would recommend Ross to any friend or family member.
