Picked them because of their billboards, had a slam dunk case, person who hit me admitted fault. I need surgery, but it wasn’t a high value case, took 9 months to receive my settlement. And this was after I became rather curt with them.

My husband hired them after his motorcycle accident and they did everything BUT fight for him. Chuck Koro lowballed his case at mediation and then basically told us if we are not happy with their services, we can find another attorney. Who does that at a mediation?? After all the trauma my husband experienced, he just wanted to put the whole thing behind him and then his so-called attorney tells him that! Anyone who knows about a lawsuit knows it’s hard to find another attorney when the case is close to settlement. THEY SUCK AND ARE WEAK!!

Not a pleasant experience. Very little communication. Took over 3 years, and my lawyer insisted I take what the insurance offered. Although they accepted responsibility. MY didn't even contact my doctors. So I have to pay them now. No way I would recommend this firm

This was my first time dealing with this sort of thing, so I was little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. Everyone worked very hard to make the whole process was as simple for me as possible. The day after I first called them, there was a representative at my house. After my accident, the CHP wrote their report which was completely contradictory to what I experienced and what I had told to the officer. The insurance company was not going to help me. Nick at Russ Brown believed me and not the report. It took almost two years of digging and research but they found the evidence that disproved the "official" report. The insurance company was finally convinced that I was in fact telling the correct version of the events that caused my accident. My case was won!
