Seffi has been providing legal counsel and contract negotiations for the software company I work for over the course of several years. He is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to explain our legal position to both the customer's legal team and their business in ways that are easy to understand and easy to appreciate. Seffi makes what is sometimes an onerous process simple and straightforward, which is not always an easy thing to do. Working with Seffi makes the contract negotiation and legal review process easy, which is not always common in my 20+ years of experience.
